Jupiter Cottage is the first property I photographed when starting MOAD Home Marketing. It is the rental property of my brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and they were kind enough to allow me to photograph the property to use on their FurnishedFinder.com listing.
This 1920s bungalow-style home was recently remodeled, making it feel new with modern appliances and beautiful wood floors. Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on one level, and the home sits on a corner lot with privacy fencing and detached garage (available for an added fee).
This home's charming rocking chair front porch is one of its best features, along with a covered side patio that opens up to a large backyard, perfect for entertaining! NEARBY ACTIVITIES Wolfe Ridge Ski Resort (30 minutes North)
Wolf Ridge is a family oriented resort offering everything from beginner to expert
slopes. Lighted slopes offer nighttime skiing and snowboarding. Adventure abounds in
the area from skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Coleman Boundary/Douglas Falls, hiking and waterfall (28 minutes East)

family hike when approached from below. Or, you can take a difficult, day-long hike
from the Craggy Gardens area of the Blue Ridge Parkway above. However you reach it, it's well worth a visit.
Asheville's River Arts District (20 minutes South)
Frequent the River Arts District for food, outdoor fun, and shopping at the artists’ studios. Although a popular visitor area, many of RAD’s coffee shops, burger joints, and wine bars stay quieter, especially on the weekdays. Plus, there’s loads of parking and a plethora of personality.
